The amount of the placement fees depends on the type of job. We provide you with an individual offer and always strive for fair fixed prices in the sense of sustainability and the goal of a partnership-based cooperation. We charge a placement commission, which is payable in two stages. The first instalment of 25% of the commission is due when the order is placed. The remainder is due as soon as the candidate starts working for the company.

The payment of the placed employees is made directly by the company that hires them. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the payment and labour law matters between employers and employees. However, we ensure that all placed candidates have a work permit and comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment in Germany. Our service includes the placement of qualified candidates and assistance in selecting the right candidate for the vacancy.
