Once a candidate has been selected, we work with the candidate to organise the work permit, certified translations of all relevant documents and the application for the work visa. In addition, we prepare the candidates for their new job. We support the candidate during the entry process and accompany him/her through the official registrations and are his/her personal contact during the onboarding phase.

We are active in Baden-Württemberg with regional focuses in Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg, Stuttgart, Esslingen, Reutlingen, Pforzheim, Backnang. We recruit skilled workers primarily from Turkey, but also from other countries.

All of the professionals we recruit complete the German intensive course with the B2 exam. It is very important to us that our candidates are motivated to continue to develop their language skills.

To be placed by us, candidates must have a certain qualification and experience in the relevant industry. The amount of the placement fees depends on the type of job. We provide you with an individual offer and always strive for fair fixed prices in the sense of sustainability and the goal of a partnership-based cooperation. We charge a placement commission, which is payable in two stages. The first instalment of 25% of the commission is due when the order is placed. The remainder is due as soon as the candidate starts working for the company.

We are at your disposal throughout the entire selection process and provide you with comprehensive reports, the effort of which is rarely undertaken even when recruiting domestic candidates. Our aim is to ensure that you - and of course the candidate - can clarify all questions, open points and also concerns and that all parties are satisfied. If the candidate does not meet the company's expectations, we are happy to advise the company and try to find a solution together.

The payment of the placed employees is made directly by the company that hires them. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the payment and labour law matters between employers and employees. However, we ensure that all placed candidates have a work permit and comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment in Germany. Our service includes the placement of qualified candidates and assistance in selecting the right candidate for the vacancy.
